These terms explain the basic rules that apply to programme access and student use of the academy.
Access is tied to the programme and niche for which a student's enrolment has been created and payment approved. Access to one niche does not automatically grant access to other niches.
Programme prices are displayed on the programmes page. Payment approval and any applicable refund decisions are handled by VAACADEMY according to the payment arrangements provided at enrolment.
Student accounts are intended for the registered student. Sharing login credentials or allowing unauthorised access may result in suspension.
Students must meet the academy's module and programme completion requirements. Certificate eligibility does not mean a certificate is issued automatically without verification.
Course materials are provided for the enrolled student's educational use. Republishing, reselling or distributing academy materials without permission is not permitted.
VAACADEMY provides education and professional readiness. Enrolment and completion do not guarantee employment, clients or any specific income level.
Programme structure, schedules, content and support arrangements may be updated when necessary to maintain or improve the learning experience.
